This schedule reflects the events for the 2022 Ranch Horse Rendezvous. Modifications may be made as necessary for logistics and to accommodate entry numbers.
The Ranch Horse Rendezvous is our annual year end event including a 2-day weekend ranch horse show with divisions for all levels, a futurity for 4 & under and 5/6 yo horses (Friday), a maturity for horses 7& over (Thursday), ranch horse clinics, banquet dinner with Trinity Seeley concert, silent auction, chili cook off, exhibitor dinner featuring musician Eric Gorsuch and wine & cheese reception featuring Tucalota Creek Ranch Cellars wines. We will also be having a 'Ride the Pattern' session on Friday afternoon with local trainers walking competitors through Saturday's Ranch Riding patterns.
Vendors and the general public are invited to attend for our 'Cowboy Christmas' gift show Friday and Saturday 8a - 8p. Some vendors will stay through Sunday. See showbill, schedule and special events below for all the happenings!
This year will feature the Rendezvous Ranch Horse Remuda Sale brought to you in partnership with XIT Western Productions on Saturday, November 19th, 2022 at 7:00pm! The evening will start with a brief preview with wine and cheese reception and go into the auction at 7:30p. This will be a sale featuring 35-50 ranch horses and prospects. There is an application process for consignors to give you confidence in buying! There will be a preview on November 19th in conjunction with a banquet dinner, fashion show, silent auction and concert. Awards to high selling consignor and buyer! You won't want to miss it!

Futurities, Maturities, Stakes classes and 2 day weekend show with buckles in each division! Tons of awards (see 'Ways to Win)! Show your Saturday trail pattern a day early (on Friday work-at-will). Conformation is Sunday only and double judged to make your Saturday show day easier!
Ranch suitability is a new class combining Ranch Riding and Ranch Trail. Each rider will perform an abbreviated Ranch Trail pattern followed by an 8 maneuver Ranch Riding pattern. Exhibitors will be scored separately for the two portions of the class.

: The Top Hand trophy saddle and neck sash are awarded to the rider with the most cumulative points in the weekend show (Saturday/Sunday) overall according to the live show point schedule. To be eligible for Top Hand, you must show in 2 or more full divisions and/or ride more than 1 horse. Top 12 placings (by points) to count.
We are currently working through some technical issues that are preventing us from posting the Trail Scoresheets from the Open, Amateur, Green Horse and Green Rider Trail on Sunday. We expect to have this resolved soon. In the meantime, please see the scoresheets and placings uploaded here. If you don't see your classes scoresheet, rest assured, we are working on uploading it currently. Our apologies for the delay in results.
Ranch Suitability (combined Ranch Riding and Ranch Trail pattern), Ranch Riding and Ranch Trail patterns will be posted by 11/10.
The Ranch Trail stakes patterns run concurrently with the corresponding Sunday Ranch Trail classes.

XIT Western productions is proud to present our partnership with the West Coast Ranch Horse at the 2022 Rendezvous at the beautiful California Ranch Companny on November 19th at 7:30p! A preview will take place November 18th followed by the Rendezvous catered dinner and Trinity Seely concert! The Ranch Horse Remuda Sale will bring to you approx. 40 head of high quality ranch horses. The sale will specialize in horses that are show ready or are great ranch horse prospects. There is a consignor application process . Buyers must register as bidders prior to the sale. The sale will take place alongside a series of events over the weekend of November 17th-20th.
**Please park only in designated areas and follow the instructions of the parking attendants.

Refer to the WCRH Rulebook (link at right) for a full listing of show rules. Supplemental, Rendezvous specific rules are listed below.
R1. Class fees are as listed on the showbill. $35/class pre-entry, $40/class after entry deadline. There are no refunds for stalls, clinics or special event tickets. Scratches will receive a 100% refund up until the entry deadline (November 6th), minus $25 office fee. Between November 6th - 13th , there will be a 50% refund for scratches. After November 13th, there will be no refunds. The only exception is that a 50% refund will be provided after the entry deadline with a vet or physician note. Please understand that we book venues, hire judges and order prizes/awards based on anticipated participation. If everyone were to be allowed to be refunded at the last moment, we would no longer be able to offer these shows. In the case of rescheduling due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance, registered competitors will have the choice to roll over to the new date or receive a full refund. In the case of show cancellation, competitors will receive a full refund.
R2. There will be no refund related to inclement weather, viral outbreak or other disaster unless your class or event is canceled by show management. Show management will modify the schedule of the show or event to move it out of the weather (between the hours of 7:00a and 12a as necessary).
R2. You may scratch or replace the rider or horse for your entry by submitting the change to entries@westcoastranchhorse.com or calling 951-595-7536. Entries are 100% transferable. Please include rider name, horse name, class number and WCRH member number.
R3. In order to qualify for a division award, you must show in all of the classes in that division . Division awards are based on point total for riding classes. There is a separate conformation award.
R4. The Top Hand saddle is awarded to the rider with the most cumulative points according to the live show point schedule. You may ride different horses, points are based on rider. Please see 'Ways to Win'.
R5. For Futurity & Maturity classes, there must be a minimum of 5 horses entered in a division for jackpot payout to be awarded.
