SHOW MANAGERS: WCRH recognizes that the COVID-19 situation has presented considerable challenges to the horse show community. 50% of our sanctioning fee is advertising and marketing, while the remaining 50% is entering points from sanctioned shows. If your show or show series is canceled, we will give you a 50% credit towards your next event or series. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange. Please keep us updated about changes in your show schedule so that we can keep our members and social media followers up to speed.
In order to qualify for WCRH approval, a show or show series must offer 3 out of 4 of the WCRH approved classes (ranch riding, ranch rail, ranch trail and ranch conformation). If divisions do not match up with WCRH divisions, WCRH and show management will provide a crosswalk for competitors prior to the first show.
If interested in WCRH sanctioning for your show, submit a show approval form with required attachment. Fee is $50/show, max of $100/series (2 or more shows; unlimited number of shows). Fee is nonrefundable.
Upon show approval, WCRH will list the approved show or show series on www.westcoastranchhorse.com and will update members via email. WCRH carefully evaluates for conflict of interest and will not sanction 2 shows within 50 miles of each other on the same date.
Show Results (including placings and number of entries), must be submitted to WCRH within 10 days of completion of sanctioned show. $50 fee will be assessed if submitted after 15+ days.
Show management agrees upon show approval and listing that WCRH may attend sanctioned show(s) and set up a 10'x5' table near registration area free of charge.
Show management agrees to provide printed WCRH membership and award program nomination forms at registration area to allow for day of show sign up. Show management will send completed forms and payment to WCRH with official show results.
