Show your Saturday trail pattern a day early (on Friday work-at-will). Conformation is Sunday only and double judged to make your Saturday show day easier! Ranch Suitability is a WCRH created class with a standard pattern combining Ranch Riding and Ranch Trail. Each rider will perform an abbreviated Ranch Trail pattern followed by an 8 maneuver Ranch Riding pattern. Exhibitors will be scored separately for the two portions of the class.

Ranch Suitability (combined Ranch Riding and Ranch Trail pattern), Ranch Riding and Ranch Trail patterns are posted. See the Weekend Show pattern book for the Freestyle instructions and the Cherie Vonada Memorial Gamblers Choice Ranch Trail Competition as well.
The Ranch Trail stakes patterns run concurrently with the corresponding Sunday Ranch Trail classes.
The First Timers Show (Thursday at 4pm) will use Saturday's Walk Trot Patterns.
The Ranch Horse Rendezvous is our annual year end event including a full day of clinics, 2-day weekend ranch horse show with divisions for all levels, Futurity & Maturity Day with futurities for 2 & under prospects, 4 & under and 5/6 yo horses as well as a maturities for horses 7& over, banquet dinner with Rendezvous Dinner (Saturday) featuring a ranch riding freestyle competition, costume content, equestrian trio performance from Matt French & company, silent auction, chili cook off, live music and nightly activities!
We will again be offering a First Timers Ranch Horse Show! At the conclusion of the clinics on 10/10, all ranch horse newbies that have never shown in a ranch horse show are invited to show together in a laid back environment in all four WCRH recognized classes: Ranch Rail, Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail and Ranch Conformation. $45 covers all classes! The judges will be providing helpful feedback and pointers throughout.
Vendors and the general public are invited to attend for our Rendezvous Gift Show Friday 8a - 6:30p and Saturday 8a - 8p. Some vendors will stay through Sunday. See showbill, schedule and special events below for all the happenings!

CRC has many options for stalls available but stalls are sold in blocks. Nightly stalls are not available. The Rich Group (Green Acres Ranch) also welcomes WCRH members attending the Ranch Horse Rendezvous looking for nightly stalling and dry camping options. Join us Friday for the 2nd Cherie Vonada Memorial Gamblers Choice Ranch Trail Competition held in honor of our friend and WCRH judge. Cherie loved ranch trail and was a talented course designer.
For this special competition, exhibitors will choose their own path through a set course. The first 10 obstacles will be judged. Silver platters awarded to Open, Amateur and Youth Champions! Medals given through 6th place! Sponsored by Cathy Hanson. Judge - Murray Griggs
Please note that there are many more awards and prizes that need to be added to this listing, but this gives you an idea so you can plan your entries.
Refer to the WCRH Rulebook (link at right) for a full listing of show rules. Supplemental, Rendezvous specific rules are listed below.
R1. Class fees are as listed on the showbill. $35/class pre-entry, $40/class after entry deadline. There are no refunds for stalls, RV spots, dry camping, clinics or special event tickets. Scratches will receive a 100% refund up until the entry deadline (October 6th), minus $25 office fee. Between October 7th-9th , there will be a 50% refund for scratches. After October 9th, there will be no refunds. The only exception is that a 50% refund will be provided after the entry deadline with a vet or physician note. Please understand that we book venues, hire judges and order prizes/awards based on anticipated participation. If everyone were to be allowed to be refunded at the last moment, we would no longer be able to offer these shows. In the case of rescheduling due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance, registered competitors will have the choice to roll over to the new date or receive a full refund. In the case of show cancellation, competitors will receive a full refund.
R2. There will be no refund related to inclement weather, viral outbreak or other disaster unless your class or event is canceled by show management. Show management will modify the schedule of the show or event to move it out of the weather (between the hours of 7:00a and 12a as necessary).
R2. You may scratch or replace the rider or horse for your entry by submitting the change to entries@westcoastranchhorse.com or calling 951-595-7536. Entries are 100% transferable. Please include rider name, horse name, class number and WCRH member number.
R3. In order to qualify for a division award, you must show in all of the classes in that division . Division awards are based on point total for riding classes. There is a separate conformation award.
R4. The Top Hand award is awarded to the rider with the most cumulative points according to the live show point schedule. You may ride different horses, points are based on rider. Please see 'Ways to Win'.
R5. For Futurity & Maturity classes, there must be a minimum of 5 horses entered in a division for jackpot payout to be awarded.
